לדעתי בוויזיר לא יתנו חברה חילופית אולי דרך קפריסין שעל זה לא שמעתי.
לי רייינאר אמרו שבמידה ואין להם טיסה בשבועיים הקרובים אני זכאי לטיסה של חברה אחרת לתבוע אותם והם ישלמו.אבל שימו לב!!! כל זה עם הטיסה בוטלה פחות משבועיים על יותר מיזה הם לא מחוייבים כלום רק להחזיר את הכסף ממידע שלי וויזיר וריינאר מבטלים עכשיו קבוע את כל הטיסות יותר משבועיים לפני.אשמח אם יעדכנו פה אחרת.

1. YOU CAN REBOOK YOUR FLIGHT(S)
You can
rebook an alternative Wizz Air flight online on the same or – if necessary – a comparable route, subject to availability of seats.
This is the quickest way to choose a new flight.

wizzair.com using your booking details. You can also contact our
Disrupted Flights Assistance Line.

| If the alternative flight options provided do not meet your requirements, or we cannot provide a suitable rebooking arrangement, you are entitled to arrange your alternative transportation via train, bus connections or alternative airlines.
If you incur any costs due to the re-routing, such as accommodation, transfers to alternative airports, rebooking fees (even with other carriers or modes of transport), or expenses for meals and refreshments, you can request reimbursement by submitting a claim via our website. Please note that we can process refunds based on itemized receipts for the claimed expenses.
We kindly ask you to make reasonably priced accommodation arrangements, such as booking 3-star hotels or equivalent. |

2. RECEIVE 120% WIZZ CREDIT
You have the option to request an
automatic refund in the form of WIZZ credits. These credits will be equivalent to the total fare of your cancelled booking plus an
additional 20% bonus. You can utilize these credits to purchase any Wizz Air flights or services.
The credited amount will be available immediately and will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You can use the credits for booking within the next year.
Please note that the 20% bonus is applicable only to payments made by bank card, bank transfer, iDeal payments, or eBanking. It is calculated based on the flight ticket price and does not include ancillary services like fast-track or seat booking.

3. RECEIVE A REFUND
You can
convert your WIZZ credits into a 100% refund and receive it either via bank transfer, or to the original payment method used.
In this case, please note that the additional
+20% bonus will not be added. If your reservation was fully paid for using WIZZ credits or vouchers, you are not eligible for credit conversion.
If you do not select any of the above options at least three hours before the original flight's scheduled departure time, the 120% WIZZ credits will be automatically transferred to your account, which you can subsequently convert to a 100% cash refund. If you wish to rebook your flight after receiving the WIZZ credits, please call our
Disrupted Flights Assistance Line. In such cases, the credits will be deducted accordingly.
Please be aware that both credit and cash refunds cover the ticket purchase price only and do not include the price of any
partner services. If you have booked any partner services, please contact the respective service provider directly to cancel them.
