Take for example the words:
look vs door
read vs bear
I agree that it's ridiculous, but the examples you brought from the French comedian aren't great examples since they fit an actual rule. When the word ends with an R, both "oo" and "ea" are pronounced differently than when it ends with another letter. There are other examples that better portray how random English pronunciation can be.

Here's a famous one that some of you may have seen:
Who can tell me what word this is? GHOTI

Maybe I didn't choose great examples, anyway those were the one that poped to my mind at the moment. even though I can tell how words that ends with R sound diferrently
Isn't GHTI mean those dark people that wear black and are In depression all day? I know it from the stream of culture that fitts the previous century

I'm not sure which dark people you're referring to, but that's not the answer. :) What I'm asking about is not an acronym. It's ghoti. It's clearly not a word either, but if you use some of the unique ways of phonetic pronunciation in English, you come up with a word.

Of course it is not an acronym, I meant to the word Gothic, I thought maybe you chose a similar conjucation to this word, not anything you don't know doesn't mean it does'nt exist

I'll just add that it's not something anyone is likely to guess since it's such a ridiculous way of phonetically spelling the word. I'm just giving it some time in case anyone has seen it before.

Also it is not very accurate since there is no gh that pronounced like F in the beginning of a word.
Also ti is pronounced like SH only with the rest of the gang ON
And personally I dont know any other word where O pronounced like I beside women
But the idea is hilarious

Can you please state rules of pronunciation for all here ?
I remember my granddaughter learning about Magic E at the end of a word - for ex. hat - hate

I don't think I know any rules of pronunciation. I'm not familiar with the Magic E rule, but I assume it means that a silent E at the end of the word turns the previous vowel from short to long. Other than that, I don't think we learned any rules since English isn't known for following too many of those.
Another one that comes to mind now is that the letter C says the same sound as K except when followed by E, I, or Y, in which case it makes the S sound.
I'll see if I can come up with any others.

Which accent of the English language do you like better?

שבוע טוב

I think the most normal is the Canadian(I am biased) .
In the U.S.A the accent is more pronounced as they say: like a mouthful of hot potatoes.
It also depends in which city you grew up maybe even which neighborhood...
British and South African aren't nicer and even less understood.

I actually find it different.
The south-afro one is pretty not clear, but the British one is way more clear and understandable than the Canadian,.
