.We are looking for an experienced and talented Team Lead to manage the Java Backend team
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of talented software developers building applications and services that affect millions of .people around the world



What will you do?

· Lead a team of software developers to achieve business and technical goals

· Lead the design, development, and deployment.

· Onboard new developers to grow the team

· Tune agile planning and development workflows and optimize for growth

· Organize and prioritize projects and tasks mitigating business and technical needs

· Mentor, train, and motivate team members

· Collaborate and communicate with the product team.

· Work with other development teams on shared projects.



Critical Experiences:

· Scrum master or team leader for at least 1 year.

· 4 to 5 years as a Developer Engineer in Java.

· Mandatory - Experience and deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Jenkins, Git.

· Mandatory – At least 2 years experience working with Linux.

· Experience in Agile software development methodology

Nice To Have

· Experience with Kafka

· Experience in setting up continuous integration and continuous delivery systems.

· Proficiency with Micro-services architecture and monitoring tools

· Knowledge in load balancing, distributed systems, software, and network security preferred.

· Advantage Experience working in an Agile development environment.

· Hands-on experience with at least 1 cloud provider, i.e.: AWS or azure

· Hands-on experience in the build process, best practices, deployment, and monitoring of scalable and distributed systems.
